Join CFTAR's maintenance team at Marco Island Executive Airport (KMKY). You will perform annual inspections, 100-hour inspections, and unscheduled maintenance on a fleet of piston general aviation aircraft. Experience with Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft is a plus.
Learn the aircraft maintenance trade alongside our A&P mechanics and Inspection Authorization at Marco Island Executive Airport (KMKY). You do not need aviation experience to start. If you have a strong mechanical background of any kind and you want to build toward your A&P certificate, we will teach you the rest.
We are not hiring flight instructors at this time, but we keep every resume on file and review those first when a position opens, so you are welcome to send yours. One thing worth knowing if you do: we run our own maintenance shop on the field, and the instructors who fit best here are the ones drawn to the mechanical side as well as the flying. If you hold both an A&P and a CFI, or you have real maintenance experience alongside your instructor certificates, we want to hear from you whether or not a position is open.
